👀 Sneak Peek of the Creator Business Accelerator Curriculum

Next week, I'll be kicking off my Creator Business Accelerator program, where I will work closely with a small group of creators to help them get attention online, build an email list, create a digital product, and make their first sale.

I'll share everything I learned from building and launching LifeHQ, my epic done-for-you Obsidian vault (which did $65k in 3 months with a waitlist of less than 500 people 🔥).

But I get it if you're not sure if this program is for you. That's why I've decided to share an in-depth look at EVERYTHING we'll be covering over our 10 weeks together 🙂

Here's the full agenda for the entire accelerator program:

Week 1: Identify Your Ideal Customer Profile

This is where we'll get clear on who we're trying to help and the problem we're going to solve. I'll share an AI prompt that can help you get clear on this by asking questions and packaging your responses up into a tidy package you can use for your messaging.

  • Monday, October 13th @ 12pm CT - Live training
  • Wednesday, October 15th @ 2pm CT - Coworking
  • Friday, October 17 @ 1pm CT - Q&A

Week 2: Pick Your Platform

This is where we'll choose our attention platform based on the type of insanely valuable (IV) content that we can create easily and where our ideal customers tend to gather.

  • Monday, October 20th @ 12pm CT - Live training
  • Wednesday, October 22nd @ 2pm CT - Coworking

Week 3: Communicate Your Message

This is where we'll dial in our message and start creating consistently. I'll share frameworks and tools to help you create content easily so you can show up every day and get the feedback you need to refine your message.

  • Monday, October 27th @ 12pm CT - Live training
  • Wednesday, October 29th @ 2pm CT - Coworking
  • Friday, October 31 @ 1pm CT - Q&A

Week 4: Build Your Email List

This is where we'll work together to create an effective lead magnet you can use to move people from borrowed attentionowned audience. We'll use the lead magnet to start building an email list that you can reach directly with your offer in the future.

  • Monday, November 3rd @ 12pm CT - Live training
  • Wednesday, November 5th @ 2pm CT - Coworking
  • Friday, November 7th @ 1pm CT - Q&A

Week 5: Build Trust

This is where we'll build the systems to consistently send your weekly newsletter and build trust with your readers before you have anything to sell.

  • Monday, November 10th @ 12pm CT - Live training
  • Wednesday, November 12th @ 2pm CT - Coworking
  • Friday, November 14th @ 1pm CT - Q&A

Week 6: Create a Waitlist

This is where we'll get people to raise their hands and join a waitlist for your digital product before you have it all figured out. This is the real key to a successful launch! I'll show you how to build this the right way and share a framework for pre-launch messaging.

  • Monday, November 17th @ 12pm CT - Live training
  • Wednesday, November 19th @ 2pm CT - Coworking
  • Friday, November 21st @ 1pm CT - Q&A

Week 7: Create Your Offer

This is where we'll craft the offer for your digital product together. We'll figure out the value proposition, and I'll show you how to talk about your core offer in a way that adds value in the eyes of your ideal customer.

  • Monday, November 24th @ 12pm CT - Live training
  • Wednesday, November 26th @ 2pm CT - Coworking

Week 8: Create Your Launch Plan

This is where I'll share the ideal launch timeline and help you craft each piece of messaging that you need for a successful launch. This is where most people get it wrong! You can't just "release" your product; you have to talk about it the right way.

  • Monday, December 1st @ 12pm CT - Live training
  • Wednesday, December 3rd @ 2pm CT - Coworking
  • Friday, December 5th @ 1pm CT - Q&A

Week 9: Create Your Digital Product

This is where we'll work together on the MVP version of your digital product. Most people overthink this! You don't need to have it all figured out; you just need the core solution available for your ideal customer prior to launch (I'll help you build that out here).

  • Monday, December 8th @ 12pm CT - Live training
  • Wednesday, December 10th @ 2pm CT - Coworking
  • Friday, December 12th @ 1pm CT - Q&A

Week 10: Make Your First Sale

This is where we'll launch your product together and make your first sale. I'll help you create the systems you need to continue to sell your digital product even after the launch window closes.

  • Monday, December 15th @ 12pm CT - Live training
  • Wednesday, December 17th @ 2pm CT - Coworking
  • Friday, December 19th @ 1pm CT - Q&A

You can find out more (and see all of these dates in an easy-to-read table) by viewing the private sales page here.

FYI, I'm letting a couple of beta users into this first group, but I'm limiting the sales of this first accelerator group to 5 spots 3 spots.

The plan for next time is to increase the number of students, but also the cost of the program. So if you think the Creator Business Accelerator is for you and you want the best deal possible, click the button below to join now:

Hope to see you inside 😉

And our “digital footprints” consist of not just the data platforms collect about us, but also the trail of attention and choices we leave behind us every single day. This can be uncomfortable to acknowledge. We’re really good at creating narratives about who we think we are and how we...

The Daily Notes make it perfect for this, though I’ve crafted my own workflows using a method called Daily Questions that measure my intentions rather than the outcomes. I explain the whole process here, but the short version is this: I have a Shortcut that prompts me for a score...

Almost all of them were non-fiction and fall into the self-help or personal development genre. Many of them were for the Bookworm podcast I do with my friend Cory Hixson where we talk about a different productivity book every two weeks, but a lot of others I read just because I enjoy learning new things and wrestling with big ideas. In this...
